Seashore Hideaway: Family-Friendly Beachside Retreat

Our spacious 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home is designed to comfortably accommodate 10-12 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings. The bright, open-concept living area is perfect for relaxing together, while the fully equipped kitchen and large dining table make home-cooked meals a breeze. For entertainment, you'll find board games, a game console, and Smart TVs. A dedicated workspace is also available if you need to connect during your stay. Sleeping Arrangements (5 Bedrooms): ▪ First Floor: ৹Bedroom 1: King bed with a private bath (tub), ocean view porch, and Smart TV. ৹Bedroom 2: One twin bed and a bunk bed (full with twin over), with a Pack 'n Play in the closet. Shares a Jack-and-Jill bath (tub). ৹Bedroom 3: Queen bed with porch access and a Smart TV. Shares the Jack-and-Jill bath. ▪ Second Floor: ৹Bedroom 4: King bed with a private bath (soaking tub), private deck, and Smart TV. ▪Third Floor (Not serviced by elevator): ৹Bedroom 5: King bed and a pull-out queen sofa with a private bath (shower only), ocean view porch, and Smart TV. Kitchen & Dining: ▪Fully equipped kitchen stocked with a crockpot, blender, griddle, waffle maker, and toaster. ▪ Coffee bar featuring both Keurig and drip coffee makers. We provide starter K-cups, tea, cream, and sugar. ▪Dining table seats 10, with additional bar seating for 4. ▪A high chair is available for little ones. ▪Starter supplies include 3 dishwasher pods, 3 trash bags, paper towels, and a sponge. Outdoor Living & Other Amenities: ▪Spacious decks with ample seating, offering both sun and shade. ▪Gas grill for cookouts. ▪Enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. ▪We provide 4 beach chairs, beach towels, and sand toys for your convenience. ▪Full-size washer and dryer (3 laundry pods provided). ▪Linens and towels are provided for your stay. ▪Keyless Entry Pets ▪2 dogs max, non-refundable pet deposit $150 total- no other animals due to allergies. Please let us know if your dog will be joining you! ▪Dogs must be at least 1 year of age, house broken, up to date on required vaccines, be tick and flea free and taking current flea and tick prevention treatments. Must be placed in tenant provided kennel if left alone in the home. ▪Required to be on a leash when outside.

HOUSE RULES AND BOOKING REQUIREMENTS 1. No parties or events- strictly prohibited and enforced. We have a zero tolerance policy 2. No smoking- Smoking, illegal drugs and excessive noise is prohibited. Fee charged for odor removal 3. Pets allowed- 2 dogs max with prior approval and pet deposit paid- must clean up after pet 4. Maximum occupancy limited enforced- only registered guests are allowed on the property. Exceeding occupancy may result in immediate eviction. 5. Primary tenant must meet minimum age requirements (see booking details) and sign our Rental Agreement and provide photo ID after booking. 6. Security Deposit- $300 will be collected 2 days prior to check in. 7. Quiet Hours- 10p-7a- please keep noise to a minimum during these hours to respect neighbors. 8. Check-in 4pm; check-out 10am 9. No unaccompanied children or pets on the elevator. 10. Parking is permitted on the property only- not on the street

▪NO smoking or vaping ▪NO events, parties or large gatherings allowed- be respectful of neighbors ▪Must be 25 years old to book ▪Quiet Hours 10p-7a ▪Security Deposit and ID verification: A $300 security deposit will be collected prior to your arrival, will be returned 2 days following your stay if the home is left in good condition. This is obtained via our guest portal once booking is accepted, must be complete within 48 hours to retain your booking. ▪Rental Agreement: A rental agreement will be sent after your reservation is confirmed. It must be signed within 48 hours to retain your booking. This agreement includes house rules, guest responsibilities, and legal disclaimers for NC rental law compliance. ▪ Security Cameras: For your safety and the security of the property, we have 3 exterior security cameras. Two cameras are installed in the carport area, monitoring exterior entries. The third camera is on the top deck facing the ocean to monitor weather conditions. These cameras do not look into any interior spaces and record video and sound when activated by motion. Please feel free to ask any questions before booking!
